General Terms and Conditions

Our treatments can and are not intended to replace a doctor's appointment nor prescribed medication or therapies
Short consultations by phone or email are free of charge. Longer such consultations, on agreement, will charged als treatment sessions
Arranged appointments are binding and must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance if they cannot be kept. Appointments will otherwise be charged at the normal rate
By making an appointment you agree to these terms and conditions

By cancellation of registration 7 days or more before the course begins, a 30 CHF administration fee will be charged
By cancellation of registration 6 days or less before the course begins, a refund of 50% of the paid course fee will be given
By cancellation or non-attendance on the day of the course, no refund is possible

if the minimum number of participants for a successful running of the course is not reached, we rsserve the right to reschedule the course. In this case, the participant has the possibility to attend the next course of the same type or to withdraw their registration

We cannot accept any liability for any damages that may occur on/at any courses or events we organise. Participants are therefore responsible for an adequate insurance
Use of facilities at the course venue is at the participants' own risk
We cannot be made liable to the theft or loss of objects or property

Shared information regarding health conditions will be treated in strictest confidence
Client and customer data will be treated in confidence and not made available to third partiesPrivacy Policy
