Shaolin Stress Management, Anti-Depression, Anti-Burn-Out

Stress is currently probably the most common cause of non-infectious diseases. More and more well known and current is "exhaustive depression", which is more commonly called "burn out".

Many courses teach theories and work methods to avoid or reduce stress. Unfortunately, though, stress cannot be completely avoided. And stress is not necessarily connected to the world of work! Wouldn't it make more sense to reduce or remove the effects of stress?

Course objectives

  • Learn and apply practical Shaolin methods for stress reduction
  • Learn relevant exercises, which can be practiced after the course without supervision
  • Through regular practice, reduce the effects of stress and thus improve health, vitality and performance


The course is taught in German or Swiss German. If required, Sifu Andrew will also teach in English.
